Hands on
After years of working with new crew, we have found the best way to impart knowledge is while working. Our trainers are knowledgeable and eager to share their experience and wisdom with your students, while being mindful that a lack of experience means attentive supervision is always required.
We generally prefer to work with your students in their own environment - allowing them to better get to know the equipment they have available already, and how to push the limits of what they thought was possible to produce with those resources.
Practical theory
With so much collective experience, our trainers have a fantastically tuned sense for the information that your students will require. We work to hone their existing skills and then build on those with each further contact.
Knowledge sharing
The best knowledge is shared knowledge. A key theme of all our training is that when students are comfortable with a concept, they should help other students to understand it as well. Sharing our experience is what drives us, and we hope that your students will get the same level of enjoyment out of it that we do.
